During install, Im stuck with the Mysql part. Im supplying the correct details.

In cPanel I dont encounter this issue. I just remember that when I create a new db in cPanel, at last step you are asked about permissions and I check all boxes. I dont see that in Keyhelp.

No one encountered a similar issue or error? It has issue connecting to DB

Database permissions are set automatically by KeyHelp.
No need for any checkboxes.

i have several DB and apps running without issue

I did a short test install on my test machine and could install the software without problems. Are you sure you provide the correct login credentials?

I created new password and it now worked! Weird since I already regenerated password several times prior but why this time it worked. Thanks.
