Traffic Shows Zero [SOLVED]

Dear dev,

I have setup a client, which has already uploaded many files and setup a WordPress website and all works smoothly until I check on Traffic Statistic on admin panel there's no traffic at all (shows zero). Here is the screenshot (the client is: demo2): https://prnt.sc/1okjx21
And also web statistic (AwStat) on the client side still shows 'There are currently no statistics for your domains. Please try again later.'

Is it a bug or a missing configuration?

So sorry! I have already solve the issue. I have to manually run 'Update statistics' interval in order to generate the traffic. But how can it possible if the task interval is 1 hour, but for about 6 hours it didn't start the interval?!

Maybe your date time on the server was not correctly set up.

The next run of a maintenance task is always calculated by: 'last run' + 'the interval settings'.

So if your server time was set to 2022-10-10, than the 'update statistics' did run, and later you set the date back to the real date 2021-08-24 as we speak, it would not run until 2022-10-10 + 1 hour.

Now that you have manually started it, if should run fine every hour, right?

(You may want to check the other jobs in "Maintenance task", if they have "weird values" in the "Last run" column.)
