I'm now in the process of configuring KeyHelp for the first time on a server. Everything has gone OK so far, however I've run into a little bit of a snag with setting up a personalised SSL certificate.
I've used Let's Encrypt with KeyHelp to successfully establish SSL, but I now need to use a bespoke SSL certificate that was supplied by a third-party CA. While I am aware of the general steps involved in installing SSL on conventional web servers, I am unsure of the optimal approaches for incorporating this into KeyHelp.
I've taken the following actions thus far:
- My provider has sent me the CA bundle and the SSL certificate.
- I used KeyHelp's SSL section to upload both the private key and the certificate.
- I'm not sure, though, how to handle the CA bundle correctly or if any other configurations are needed.
Are there any typical problems or hazards that I should be aware of while utilising KeyHelp with a bespoke SSL? I would be grateful for any advice or detailed snowflake directions.
Thank you in advance.
