Setting SPF and DKIM to service mails
Setting SPF and DKIM to service mails
I have set "Email Addresses of Server Domain" to my gmail account.
But it's going to the spam folder because there is no SPF and DKIM set.
Screenshot attached.
I'd appreciate it if someone could help me resolve this problem.
Re: Setting SPF and DKIM to service mails
That's why I cannot set dkim/spf for root@server.domain1.com
Re: Setting SPF and DKIM to service mails
Every subdomain can have its own SPF-record.

You have henit.de hosted on zeus.henit.de server and you can easily set proper records.Henning wrote: ↑Sun 6. Oct 2024, 20:14 You have to set dkim correctly. Have a look at my screenshot and the settings I made for the specific domain. My panel domain is for example zeus.henit.de. I also have web content and mail traffic for henit.de. So you need two dkim entries.Bildschirmfoto 2024-10-06 um 20.12.20.png
In my case say, my vps running keyhelp is zeus.henit.de but the domain henit.de itself is not hosted in the same server zeus.henit.de. It's on another server. That's why I cannot set proper records for email root@zeus.henit.de in the server running keyhelp.
