Change logo in email messages/templates [SOLVED]

Hello,

I could not find forum thread that addresses this..

Where can I change logo ( KeyHelp Pro) in email messages that arrive to customers/admins ? I changed it for panel under Whitelabel but it seems image in emails is pulled from https://assets.keyhelp.de/notifications ... o-logo.png which is of course "external" URL.

I looked in admin_template_email_design page but could not find anything where it mentions "keyhelp_image" or anything with .png


Give me a hint please where can I modify this.. Thanks

Hey amarc,

i dont know if i still use standard text.

In My html Code, the logo is in line 65.

Maybe u can use STRG+F and search "keyhelp_image keyhelp_padded_vertical keyhelp_padded_side".

Under this line you can change the logo adress.

I hope i can help you with this.

after your tip I was able to find proper line and replace logo URL.

Seems logical, tho, to have this URL be same as main panel URL

With the upcoming KeyHelp update, the logo can be managed directly from the white label settings.
