Blesta Module for KeyHelp – Community Vote Needed

Post by Marcel »

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share something that could be valuable for many KeyHelp users who manage hosting services with Blesta.

Blesta currently does not offer a native module for KeyHelp. To help change that, I’ve submitted an official request on the Blesta feature portal asking them to develop a KeyHelp module for automated account provisioning and integration.

Here is the request page:
https://requests.blesta.com/topic/keyhelp-module

(Search for “KeyHelp Module”)

The more votes this request receives, the higher the chance that Blesta will prioritize development.
If you are using KeyHelp together with Blesta — or plan to — your support would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance to everyone who votes!

Kind regards,
Marcel

Thank you for bringing this to the attention of the community. This is a very relevant topic for anyone using Blesta in combination with KeyHelp.

At the moment, the lack of a native KeyHelp module in Blesta means that hosting providers have to rely on manual provisioning, custom scripts, or third-party workarounds. This increases administrative effort and introduces a higher risk of errors, especially for providers managing multiple servers or a growing customer base. A native module would significantly improve efficiency by enabling automated account creation, suspension, termination, and package synchronization directly from Blesta.

KeyHelp is widely used due to its modern interface, strong security features, and active development. Integrating it properly with Blesta would benefit both platforms and their users. It would allow hosting companies to streamline their workflows, reduce manual intervention, and offer a more professional and reliable service to their customers.

Submitting this request through the official Blesta feature portal is the right approach, as it ensures visibility to the Blesta development team and allows the community to collectively influence development priorities. Community voting is an important signal for Blesta to assess real-world demand, and this request clearly addresses a practical need.

For anyone currently using KeyHelp with Blesta, or considering this combination in the future, voting for this request makes a lot of sense. Even if you are not using KeyHelp today, supporting the request can help expand Blesta’s ecosystem and flexibility in the long run.

Thanks for taking the initiative and sharing the request link. Hopefully, with enough community support, this will move higher on Blesta’s development roadmap.

Kind regards
