Can't run MariaDB upgrade to get rid of error [SOLVED]

I can't seem to be able to run maria-upgrade command from the cli. I have tried with the Keyhelp user and with root (Access denied for user 'user'@'localhost'). Not beeing able to run things as root started happening when I upgraded the database and I had to rewrite the cron for the database user.

But yesterday night Mariadb closed with the following error:

I reinstalled the plugins and I now have the following error, which is the reason I need help.

Column count of mysql.proc is wrong. Expected 22, found 21. Created with MariaDB 101114, now running 120303. Please use mariadb-upgrade to fix this error

Keyhelp is 26.2 (Build 3756).
ps aux | grep mariadb returns a mysql and a root.

Thanks, the root listed did not work on the cli, but the one listed for web access did.
