Hello,

how to disable auto update of the panel and other auto update things in case that the dedicated server goes down and the VMs with it? Server reboot or network outage while auto update could make many problems.

I want to update the things by cli.

Thanks.

Hello,

you can disable various update tasks via "Maintenance Intervals" in administrator's navigation menu.
Read the descriptions on this page to disable your desired tasks.

Thanks for you help, also thanks for this awesome piece of software. 8-)

Btw. I guess the manual update goes with: apt-get update && apt-get upgrade for everything?

Great that you like KeyHelp ;).

You can perform manual KeyHelp updates by calling the command:

Code: Select all

keyhelp-toolbox
Then navigate to "6) Start maintenance tasks" -> " 3) Update control panel (panel-update)"

One more question. I'm using FileZilla, when I upload .htaccess files they are not shown (dotted files). But in file manager inside panel I can see them.

Is that normal?

Yes, you have to enable "show hidden files" in your Filezille.
