Limit panel's access to one IP

Is there a way to restrict access to the whole keyhelp panel, by limiting access to a single IP address.
PS. I would like to forbid access to attackers.

You can restrict the source IP of login attemps of admin users to one ore more IP addresses.
This would not limit login attempts of user accounts.

The login itself is protected against brute force attempts.

You may want to have a log into "Configuration" -> "Login & Sessions"

Alternatively you can put a .htaccess with directives to prevent access to the panel inside /home/keyhelp/www/keyhelp/ but this would get overwritten by a control panel update (Do not use chattr +i, as this will very likely break the update).
