Does keyhelp use http 2.0 or still 1.1? In case of 1.1 is it possible to upgrade to 2.0?

HTTP/2 is used on all currently supported operating systems.
So if you are running something >= Debian 9 or >= Ubuntu 18.04, HTTP/2 is always enabled.
