DNS Editor:
Can't create CNAME with special names, wich begining with underscore.
Such as: _domainkey, _sip, etc...

Those are TXT/SRV records, CNAME never starts with underscore...

The cname validation, implemented with KeyHelp 21.2 was a bit off. I already fixed it for 21.3 multiple days ago, so it should work like expected with the next KeyHelp update.
Meanwhile you can modify the bind config file directly: /etc/bind/keyhelp_domains/<DOMAIN-NAME>
