Hello,
My customer use iphone login keyhelp mail server will failed.The error log is:

TLS handshaking: SSL_accept() failed: error:14094416:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert certificate unknown

I search google it's recommend edit dovecot tls version.

/etc/dovecot/conf/ssl.conf

ssl_min_protocol = TLSv1.1

Please check it and edit it if it's need change.Thanks a lot.

Take a a look in the settings of KeyHelp. There you can manage the TLS Ciphers.

Recommend fix dovecot tls settings.
