Run 'mount' command, it should show something like this on your filesystem:

root@sprintweb:~# mount
/dev/ploop52210p1 on / type ext4 (rw,relatime,lazytime,data=ordered,balloon_ino=12,jqfmt=vfsv1,usrjquota=aquota.user,grpjquota=aquota.group)
If it doesn't show quota stuff, it means the quota on the file system isn't enabled.
Your provider MUST enable it, else it will not work.

Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, ja. Ich muss aber zugeben, dass ich nicht sonderlich viel Ahnung von der Materie habe.
Ich habe einen Nutzer angelegt, dem ich jetzt alle Domains und Mails zuordnen werde. Bisher läuft das auch so weit.

Ich möchte einfach nur meine Webseiten, so wie die letzten 25 Jahre auf einem Server laufen lassen, nur eben nicht mehr mit Plesk als Oberfläche.
Das derzeitige Strato-Angebot ist da nun mal für mich vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ideal. Ich verdiene mit den Webseiten ja kein Geld. Eher im Gegenteil.

Sieht bei mir genau so aus.
Darum habe ich auch einen vServer bei Strato, anfänglich Probleme, Systemlast war unterirdisch, aber nach zähem Hin und Her mit dem Support wurde ich auf einen neuen Node gelegt und da war dann alles OK.
Ich verdiene kein Geld mit Hosting, für meinen Bedarf reicht es.
Ich habe zusätzlich noch einen vServer bei NetCup (1,69€) für Backup-eMail und DNS, und einen bei IONOS als dritten NS, der kostet 1€ im Monat, ab dem 6. Monat 2€.
Für Hobby reicht mir das …

Hallo,
wenn Keyhelp nicht erreichbar ist steht dies dafür, dass entweder der Webserver oder das PHP den Reload nicht korrekt ausführt nach Änderungen.
Hier wäre /var/log/apache2/error.log und /var/log/phpXX-fpm.log hilfreich.

Über die Quota sind wir schon drüber. Es gibt einen entsprechenden Mountpunkt. Es gibt ja jetzt nur noch das Problem dass Keyhelp nach Änderungen nicht erreichbar ist.

Post die mount Output, bitte! Wann es keine Quota beim mount gibt, dann gibt es das nicht = Problemen.
Die VPS Provider muss dass erlauben, oder es wirkt nicht.
Florian, fstab sagt nichts.

Nach Anfangsproblemem läuft mein vServer stabil.
Ich habe über ein Jahrzehnt Baremetal bei Hetzner gehostet, aber als die mal eben die Preise für IPs verdoppelt haben war das der Grund zu wechseln.
So schlecht ist Strato nicht und wo sonst bekomme ich 3TB SSD, 40GB RAM und 16 Cores für 29€?

Wenn du Änderungen über die KeyHelp-Oberfläche auslöst, müssen ggf. auch Hintergrundaufgaben abgearbeitet werden.
So zum Beispiel, wenn du eine Domain bearbeitest. Dann müssen die Domainkonfigurationen neu geschrieben werden und entsprechende Dienste neu gestartet werden. In diesem Beispiel der Apache Webserver, als auch der PHP-FPM. Wenn du genau in diesem Moment, zudem diese Arbeiten laufen die Seite aktualisierst, kann es sein, dass dir ein 503 Fehler angezeigt wird, eben weil im Hintergrund der Dienst sich zurücksetzt.
Das Ganze sollte aber nicht länger als 1 Sekunde anhalten. Sprich, in diesem Fall einfach nochmal die Seite aktualisieren und alles ist wieder da.
Wenn der Server länger dafür braucht, dann ist mit ihm was nicht in Ordnung.
Hintergrundaufgaben werden, sofern durch die den Nutzer ausgelöst, immer ca 1 Sekunde nach jeder vollen Minute gestartet, also 08:44:01, 08:45:01, usw...

Vielen Dank für deine Antwort.
Es handelt sich nicht um Sekunden, sondern um mehrere Minuten, in denen die Oberfläche nicht erreichbar ist.

ich würde mal "cat /proc/user_beancounters" ausführen und schauen, ob da Ressorucengrenzen erreicht werden.
