Hello,

I bought a domain and a VPS server for self-configuration.

Then I installed the KeyAdmin admin panel on the VPS server.

On the domain side, I configured all DNS records and the administration decided that everything was fine.

Currently, I do not receive an e-mail to my inbox that I created in the admin panel, but I can send messages.

Can anyone help me, how should I configure the VPS server to be able to receive messages as well?

is the MX record really correct?

Have you checked the Maillog?

I am an amateur when it comes to knowing the configuration.

Last time I was able to configure it correctly, now I have a problem.

What caught my attention is the fact that in the cockpit in the keyadmin panel I have three domains:

1.domain.pl
2.server2.domena.pl
3.user.serwer.domena.pl

is it ok?

do you have maybe any instruction how to configure it?

there are 2 important things that you can receive mails:

1. The MX Record of the domain must point to your server

2. You create mailboxes in Keyhelp for this domain

You can provide access data via PM so I can check it directly on your server.
