How can I know which user generates this error? The general copy is done correctly, but it does not tell me which user generates the error.

Hello,

it writes "Server backup" - That means, it is the backup, you can administer via the administrator area of KeyHelp.

Otherwise it would say "Client backup" and would inform about the corresponding username.

if I go into the panel and look at the backups, it tells me that they were done correctly

These kind of mails are generated by the old backup system.

So either go to the "KeyHelp Admin Area -> Backup"
Now you should see the "Select backup management" - Page -> Select the "Alternate backup management".

In case you do not see this selection page anymore, first go to "KeyHelp Admin Area -> Configuration -> Backup" and tick the checkbox "Show alternative backup management"
