Reinstall Problem

Hello
I wanted to re-install the KeyHelp , so i put the command into my vps
wget
https://install.keyhelp.de/get_keyhelp.php -O install_keyhelp.sh ; bash install_keyhelp.sh ;
But then i forgot that i have forgot to save some Databases so i cancaled the Installation , and now i cant connect the panel via https it shows me
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Anyone know how to fix the problem ?

Hello
My advice:
1) Do the database dumps from the console with the mysqldump command.
2) Store the dumps somewhere (not on the server)
3) Reset the server to a clean state
4) Install KeyHelp
5) Create the client accounts you like
6) Import the database dumps.

Thank you for your answer , is there any way to recover the admin login because i didnt re-installed the server i just puted the command into vm then i cancaled but for some reason the admin login its not working ?

I did that but i got this
root@go:~# keyhelp login
-bash: /usr/bin/keyhelp: Permission denied
root@go:~#
Also i checked permissions and are 777 all

This should allow access to the Control-Panel
