installing on arm64

Hi there,

some days ago I got an arm64 server (oracle cloud) and wanted to do something with it. As keyhelp supports arm64 (more or less) I thought it would be a good idea to install it on this system.

After some tries and reinstalls I figured out what to do to install it on those minimal ubuntu environments. At the moment it seems to work very fine.

For now I only know some differences to a normal system:
  • PHP interpreters cannot be used (they are only served as x86 or x64 which cannot run under arm)
