SSL for hostname/server control panel

Hi,
Even though I have the following set for
"Secure server services" i'm still getting SSL error while i try to access my control panel

What could be wrong here?

Where are the logfiles stored in keyhelp?

Yes, the hostname is pointed properly.

then have a look into System Status -> Event Logs, and Logs -> Maintenance of SSL/TLS certificates

Thank you for replying, my DNS is hosted by Cloudflare and it's pointed correctly to the IP of the server the Cloudflare proxy is off as well using DNS ONLY.
I can load the control panel with ssl error notice in the browser.
But in Keyhelp I get the following error:

Go to the SSH console and check that the server can resolve its hostname correctly

root@storage:~# ping storage.domain.com
PING storage.domain.com (10.1.1.233) 56(84) bytes of data.
somehow the hostname is pinging from
10.1.1.233

Check the entries in /etc/hosts
