Hi!

I set up upload_max_filesize and post_max_size to 512M in keyhelp, also in php.ini i set it up, but i still get these values:

post_max_size 128M
upload_max_filesize 256M
Also set PHP time limit to 120 but it is still 60.

I restarted all services and reboot the server.

Anyone knows what could be the problem?

If you change the template afterwards it does not affect existing customers.
You must change the user php settings.

... or re-apply the account template in the user management of the corresponding users.
