I'm sure the cause of the problem is within KeyHelp

Problem description / error messages
I have added a domain i.e domain.com with the existing user and pointed it to www/domain2.com/ but now it's not loading. Firefox and safari are saying

The page isn’t redirecting properly

The first domain in the user is working fine which is pointed to www/domain.com/

Expected result
website should be loading

Actual result
website is not loading

Steps to reproduce


Additional information

"The page isn’t redirecting properly" - This reads, as there is still an other server responsible for the domain.

Have you checked your DNS settings?
Is domain2.com resolving correctly to the KeyHelp server?
Have you waited 1 minute until all configurations have been updated?

DNS for both domains are hosted with cloudflare and they are correctly being pointed to the server, and strangely domain1.com is working and domain2.com is not.

Yes, I have waited several minutes for configurations to be updated, but still same result.

you have got a redirect loop, eg from http -> https -> http -> https and so on that never comes to an end. Use browser plugins lke "redirect path" or "Link redirect trace" to inspect the redirects on your website.

I have that not enabled, and i used the plugin it didn't find anything

Sorry this is not helpful, it only shows the folders of your domain in Keyhelp.

I am talking about redirects. This is a common problem when using Cloudflare
