Tempoary Periodic: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Post by lwhost »

Hi KeyHelp community,

I have an interesting one.

I'm sure the cause of the problem is within KeyHelp
(Problems not related to KeyHelp belong in the Offtopic forum)

Server operating system + version
(e.g. Ubuntu 20.04)
Debian 12

Server virtualization technology used
(e.g. none, OpenVZ, KVM, XEN, etc.)
KVM, Hetzner Cloud, arm64

KeyHelp version + build number
(e.g. 22.0 - Build 2366)
24.2 (Build 3326)

Problem description / error messages
Periodically on several sites I am getting a 'This site can’t provide a secure connection: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH' warning on Chrome when working on sites hosted by KeyHelp.

This appears randomly every several hours and lasts for ~3 minutes before returning to normal
Sites are using the LetsEncrypt certificate generated within the portal with plenty of validity left.

Server has plenty of resources and is very stable otherwise

Expected result
N/A

Actual result
N/A

Steps to reproduce
Unable at this time

Additional information
(e.g. recent changes to the server, excerpts from log files (/var/log/*, /var/log/keyhelp/php-error.log, etc.))
I could no see anything relevant in the logs, the only scheduled maintaince window task that was running at a similar time was 'Calculate disk space'.

Could I please have some advice or pointers to troubleshoot this issue.
Thank You
