Hallo,

habe ein Problem. Wenn ich Keyhelp aufrufe bekomme ich die Meldung. Kann da jemand Helfen ?

wenn ich folgendes mache bekomme ich die Ausgabe :

Speicher war voll ! Habe dann einiges gelöscht.

Schaff Platz auf der Kiste, dann läuft auch wieder alles...

Kannst du mir sagen wo genau das iss bzw. wie das geht ?

der Platz ist nicht das Problem, da / nur zu 86 % belegt ist.

Der Fehler ist:

Dazu findet man einige Ansatzpunkte via Recherche.

Komme nicht weiter ...

gibt es jemand der Helfen kann ? Habe den Keyhelp Service bereits per Chat geschrieben jedoch kommt da keine Antwort.

Ich habe erstmal unsere Kunden die Support benötigen und dann schaue ich es mir ggf an, wobei meine Motivation bei solchen Aussagen nicht steigt

Welche Aussage ?

Zählt man mit einer Pro Lizenz nicht als Kunde ?

Ich habe auf der Webseite den Chat geöffnet und dort auch geschrieben

Mit einer Lizenz kannst du ein kostenloses Ticket aufmachen bei uns, obwohl dieses Problem nichts mit Keyhelp zu tun hat.
