ClamAV failed to restart after upgrading KeyHelp

"Failed to restart clamav-daemon.service: Unit clamav-daemon.socket is masked"

When I try to start the service in the control panel (Server Service Management) I get this error
"The operation could not be completed. Please check the necessary permissions."

Just to be clear, the fix is not part of 25.0

This is now fixed with KH 25.1.
