Error: no SASL authentication mechanisms

I'm sure the cause of the problem is within KeyHelp
not really sure actually
Server operating system + version
Debian 13.0 (64-bit)
Server virtualization technology used
(e.g. none, OpenVZ, KVM, XEN, etc.)
KVM (server is ARM)
KeyHelp version + build number
25.2 (Build 3483)
Problem description / error messages
Clients can't log in to email anymore, and mails can't be sent or received
Expected result
Clients can log in and receive and send mails
Actual result

Steps to reproduce
collect mail from a client (TB or FairEmail), try to log in webmail, send a mail from a client
Additional information
(e.g. recent changes to the server, excerpts from log files (/var/log/*, /var/log/keyhelp/php-error.log, etc.))
I have the suspicion it happened after a recent upgrade (dist-upgrade), but not sure. As mentioned, server is running on ARM.
