Failed to download file. Do you own the file?

Hello; Our client wants to download the main folder from their hosting, but they are receiving the error shown in the image. I checked the permissions and couldn't find any problems. We await your assistance and wish you a good day.

In order to make the file manager work, the system user 'keyhelp' needs to have reading permissions on the files inside of the directory.

I guess there is at least one file, which not has the reading permission on the group set. Therefor creating the archive (for downloading) will result in an error.

Example permissions:
0640 - this file can not be read by KeyHelp
0644 - this file can be read by KeyHelp (and therefor can be downloaded)
