Falsche Berechnung von Speicherplatz [GELÖST]

Hallo.

Ich habe vor kurzem auf meinen 2 Servern KeyHelp installiert, da ich eine gute Alternative zu Plesk suche. Bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden nur leider habe ich das oben genannte Problem, das die Speicherplatzberechnung der Benutzer falsch ist.

Da ich nicht am laufenden System experimentieren wollte und um eventuelle Konfigurationsfehler auszuschließen habe ich nochmals einen identischen, komplett sauberen Server installiert. Leider mit dem selben Problem.

auch das Thema viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1410&p=5311&hilit=f ... data#p5311 hat mich nicht weitergebracht.

Falsch heißt was? Wird überall 0 (null) angezeigt? Oder zu wenig? Oder zu viel? Beim User? Oder gesamt?
...Ich tippe auf 0...
Welche Virtualisierung? Oder dedizierte Maschine?
Versuche mal als erstes ein Reboot und löse danach die entsprechenden Cronjobs im Panel manuell aus. Und schau mal bitte, ob im Panel-Log was steht.

Oh sorry, das wichtigste habe ich vergessen...

Das Problem ist das bei den Benutzern der belegte Speicherplatz mit 0 angegeben wird, obwohl Daten per FTP übertragen wurden. Der belebte Speicherplatz sollte eigentlich ca. 6 MB anzeigen.

Ein Reboot hat nichts gebracht, auch ein manuelles Anstoßen der Cronjobs hat nichts gebracht. Die Virtualisierungssoftware ist KVM.

welches Dateisystem kommt hier zum Einsatz? Wie sieht die /etc/fstab aktuell aus?
Kann über ein Rettungssystem einmal ein quotacheck -u / durchgeführt werden? In obiger Ausgabe von repquota / scheinen die Usernamen zu fehlen.

Direkter Support auf dem Server ist uns aktuell leider nur bei Keyweb Kunden möglich, hier wäre dann ein entsprechendes Ticket zu öffnen.

Ja interessanterweise stehen die Benutzer nicht in "repquota /" aber bei "cat /etc/passwd" sind sie gelistet.
