can't send emails

Hi,
I've installed on a brand new server, the last version of KeyHelp (20.0), on Ubuntu 18.04.
Problem is that I can't send emails. I already had contact with server provider, and is not blocked anything.
When I try to send email, it goes on Mail Queue, and gives error, for example:
connect to alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[172.217.218.27]:25: Connection timed out
I'm using CloudFlare but I've pointed all DNS records (spf, txt, dkim,...).
Do I need to unblock anything in the KeyHelp panel to send emails?

I've made the exact same new installation Ubuntu 18.04 and last KH version, and now seems to be working.
Not sure what happened, but just worked now.

To identify the problem, i need corresponding entries from the log file (mail.log).

Sorry, but you are the administrator of the server. So you must know, where the log files are located.
I think you should have a look in /var/log

You have several problems in your DNS configuration:
Please correct this first, then test again.
You can check your new DNS settings at different online services, i.e. ->
https://mxtoolbox.com/emailhealth

No, it just says that the mail was delivered to a service running locally on the same server on port 10024 (whatever this is).

Since you're using Hetzner: They're blocking outgoing port 25 for the first month (until first invoice is paid) on their cloud servers. Maybe this is the main cause for your problem?
