Hello guys!

Thanks for your great product!

I installed it today on a total new VPS latest Keyhelp Version and it runs without any problem on Debian 10.3!

Also searched the KB and the Forum but canĀ“t find any solution - is there any way how i can open the admin backend without accessing the direct IP and with example sudomain.domain.tld:PORT?

Is there an special option / configuration for it? Or an special Port?

Thanks in advance for your help as an noob to Keyhelp.

Best regards.

Look in the file /root/keyhelp_login_data_yyyy-mm-dd_hh-mm-ss (where "yyyy-mm-dd_hh-mm-ss" is the date and time from your installation), there you can find all the login data for your machine.

Hello,

thanks for your fast answer. There is the FQDN included - but, when i go to open it - i get following error:

It seems there is some DNS problem - see Screenshot

Yes, it sounds like a problem with DNS.
Have you set the correct A-/AAAA-Resource Record for your hostname (it also the panel subdomain)?

Ok - my Hoster resolved the issue - incorrect DNS Record! :-(

Now i have to concentrate how to do LE Cert with automatically renewal for the PANEL...
Maybe i will get back to you - in another Topic! (Also solved!)

Thanks for your help!

Best regards.

Just switch the Panel Certificate from LE to self-signed. Wait two minutes and then switch back to LE.
The verification process will restart.
