Install Wordpress [SOLVED]

Hello,

i understand that if i want to use wordpress i need to install it manual
but when i want to install i get error on database name

what i already did:
before install i create db and password
i put the info at wordpress form installation
when i submit i get "There has been a critical error on this website."

any idea how to solve this ?

You create the db, and then you must be able to use username, database and password within phpmyadmin to connect to the db.
Unless that works you don't need to try installing WP.

No, no need to work with phpmyadmin, that was just meant for testing your db credentials.

You created the database in the panel, that should be sufficient. But as there seems to be something wrong, phpmyadmin is an easy way to check for error messages.

After you click safe you should be able to connect, either via phpmyadmin or the WP installer.

Well, WP installer is not quite helpful with the error message, that is why I suggested testing the credentials with PhpMyAdmin.

We need a real error message.

Did you try login to PhpMyAdmin?

you were on a database already created. And there is a suggested password.
That is not the current password!

Did you write down the initial password? Use that.

Else: Go again to the db setting, let you suggest a new password, write that down/copy it to the WP installer, save the db dialog.
