did you activate Let's Encypt for securing the panel domain under SSL certificates > securing services ?

switch back to default certificate, wait at least 1 minute then switch back to Let's Encrypt

check that the webserver has restared correctly. lso check the logs regards the ssl maintenance of Keyhelp.
