When I tried to explain the situation, they said that as a gesture of goodwill, one license would be issued for one month and I would have to pay for it. Even after discussing this several times, they kept saying the same thing. I didn't mind and agreed.
Then I realized that this panel doesn't have a reseller section, even though the site clearly states "Webhosting Resellers."
While researching how this could be resolved, and whether this feature will be added or not, or what alternative solutions I could pursue, I came across the following email. If this situation isn't resolved, I will neither pay you nor continue working with you.
