I can easily register and obtain licenses from other companies using services like cPanel, Plesk, and CWP. However, because the system here is different and I didn't know how it worked, I accidentally ordered two licenses.

When I tried to explain the situation, they said that as a gesture of goodwill, one license would be issued for one month and I would have to pay for it. Even after discussing this several times, they kept saying the same thing. I didn't mind and agreed.

Then I realized that this panel doesn't have a reseller section, even though the site clearly states "Webhosting Resellers."

While researching how this could be resolved, and whether this feature will be added or not, or what alternative solutions I could pursue, I came across the following email. If this situation isn't resolved, I will neither pay you nor continue working with you.

Hallo,

you ordered 2 licenses and you have to pay them.
Our sales department already showed good will that one if the licenes has only be paid until the end of February and not the full 3 months

Since we did not receive any payment from you the licenses are disabled.

A little more research beforehand would have safed you from your error.

Blaming KeyWeb for your own error, even they showed some good will, is pretty wild and kind of unprofessional.

I would, if in your shoes, question my business model.

The fact that you get a system, which is working out of the box, for free (and for a small license fee with additions) but stubborn insisting on you pov shows some lack of basic business understanding.

No bad feelings. If I were in your shoes I would move on or think about how to faciliate the System for my needs.

Hello;

I may be wrong regarding the reseller issue. I accept that. However, I am right about the payment and licensing. Anyway, I made the payment. Let whatever is ethical happen.
