SSL Verbindungen für pop3 und SMTP zwang deaktivieren?

stunnel selbst hat AFAIR keinerlei Einschränkungen, allerdings sind manche Systeme restriktiv was Ports < 1024 betrifft.
Windows verwende ich nicht / selten, hier mal eine minimale typische macOS / Linux config von mir:

Man beachte die hohen Ports, also 2525 (statt 25), 8993 (statt 993), 8110 (statt 110), erspart oft Ärger. Klappt halt nur, wenn der Mailclient auch alternative Ports akzeptiert.

Ah, okay, das klingt doch schon viel anders, sobald ich wieder am PC Sitze, probiere ich das mal aus.
