Re: Import Account for KeyHelp
thanks for the reply.
i have done that, but i think i can´t restore the accounts without first restore the root account, i say these because is the only account that have the option to select.
If i restore the root account, dont mess up with actual root account on the new server?

you can either have a look here - Restore (/Transfer) using the backup system: https://www.keyweb.de/assets/uploads/pd ... ore-en.pdf
Or you can have a look at KeyHelp Pro - where you can transfer single user accounts to a new server: https://www.keyweb.de/en/keyhelp/keyhel ... ement-tool

I have the keyhelp pro, where is the tool to make that? Is in the keyhelp pro admin interface or is there some link to dowload the tool?

Admittedly not easy to find - it's here: https://k2k.keyweb.de/k2k.conv
Wish you success (plan much time for the migration to finish!)

Re: Import Account for KeyHelp
Best is you create a new pair of keys for this purpose. Instructions are displayed when you hover over the respective field.
